How long does delivery take?

The 7-Color LED Face Mask usually arrives within 8-15 business days. The ProSculpt EMS Microcurrent Facial Massager ships from a US warehouse and usually arrives within 5-9 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Shipping to the United States is free and every order includes tracking.

Do you ship outside the United States?

Not at the moment. We currently deliver to addresses in the United States only.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. See our Track your order page for details.

What is your return policy?

You can return damaged, defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Email us your order number and a photo and we will help. Full details are in our return policy.

Are these medical devices?

No. They are cosmetic devices for personal use at home. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and results vary from person to person.

Who should check with a doctor before use?

If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have epilepsy, take photosensitizing medication, have a light-sensitive condition or any other medical concern, please ask your doctor before using our devices. Please also read the instructions that come with your device.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Write to us as soon as possible with your order number. We can change or cancel an order only if it has not been sent to our fulfillment partner yet.
