Track your order

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a tracking link. Open the link in that email to see where your package is.

Good to know

  • Tracking updates can take 1-3 days to appear after your order has been sent.
  • Delivery usually takes 8-15 business days for the 7-Color LED Face Mask and 5-9 business days for the ProSculpt EMS Microcurrent Facial Massager.
  • Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
