We want you to love your NovaSonic Beauty device. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-day returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, does not work as described, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will send you a free replacement or a full refund.

How to start a return

1. Email us at rm1252stroke15@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Photos or a short video help us resolve it faster.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with the next steps. Please do not send items back before you hear from us, because returns sent without approval cannot be processed.

Change of mind

For hygiene reasons, skincare devices that have been opened or used cannot be returned for a change of mind. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery; the customer covers return shipping in this case.

Refunds

Once your return or claim is approved, we refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show the refund.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
